requesting ZSD to register any domain name, customers agree that ZSD
may act as their agent on their behalf and may enter into necessary
agreements with domain registrars on their behalf. Customers further
agree to comply with all terms and conditions which may apply to the
domain name requested. Details of registration requirements of common

All domains are registered
in the name of the end user. Domains can only be registered when
we have received all end user details and the required domain name
in writing. All domain registrations are subject to ZSD Standard
Terms and conditions.

Domains Registered Under .co.za
|

Domains registered under
the .co.za domain are registered with Uniforum South Africa and are
subject to their terms and conditions. These can be viewed at
http://co.za/annexure.html.

to be posted on that website from time to time.

Domains Registered Under .com, .net, .org, .biz and .info:

ZSD is registered as a registered Reseller of
OpenSRS
(Open Shared Registration System) which is operated by TUCOWS.com
Inc. OpenSRS is in turn is fully accredited by ICANN (The Internet
Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) as a second level domain
Registrar for .com, .org and .net domains. Thus all registrations
of these domains with ZSD are subject to our
agreement with OpenSRS.

Domains Registered Under .co.uk and .org.uk:

The .uk domain is administered by NOMINET UK. Tucows Inc
have an agreement with NOMINET to register domains under the .co.uk and org.uk hierarchies.
ZSD in turn have a reseller agreement with Tucows Inc which entitles us to register domains
under these hierarchies.
All .co.uk and .org.uk domains registered by ZSD are subject to:

Domains Registered Under .biz:
|

The .biz domain is a top level domain like .com and .net. It is intended
to be used primarily for bona fide business or commercial purposes. Thus in
order to register a .biz domain your objective should be to use that domain
to exchange goods, services or property or in the course of trade or
